The short version
This site does not track you. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no tag manager and no cookie banner, because there are no cookies to consent to. Nothing you type into the quote form is sent to us over the internet.
What the website collects
Nothing directly. There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no form on this site that posts data to a server.
The quote form builds a text message inside your own browser and hands it to your phone's messaging app. Nothing you enter leaves your device unless you press send in that app, at which point it is an ordinary text message to us, carried by your mobile network.
Server logs
This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, their servers keep short-lived request logs that include IP address, browser user agent, and the page requested. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure, are used for delivering the site and diagnosing faults, and are not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you.
Fonts
The typefaces are downloaded at build time and served from this site's own domain. No request goes to Google when you load a page, so Google is not told that you visited.
Maps
The service area pages embed a map from OpenStreetMap. When that map loads, OpenStreetMap's servers receive your IP address and the map tiles requested, as any website you visit would. OpenStreetMap is a non-profit mapping project and does not use this for advertising. Their policy is at openstreetmap.org/copyright.
No other third-party content is embedded anywhere on this site.
When you contact us
If you text or call 504-502-5226, or message us on Instagram, we keep that conversation, along with your name, your vehicle and the address we are coming to, because we need it to do the work and to recognise you when you book again.
We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. It is not added to any mailing list. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Photographs of your vehicle
We photograph work we are proud of and sometimes post it to Instagram or use it on this site. Number plates are excluded or obscured, and we never publish your address or any detail that identifies where a car lives.
If you would rather your vehicle was not photographed, tell us at booking — it is not a problem, and we would rather you say so than not ask.
Children
This is a service for vehicle owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this site later adds analytics, a booking platform, or any form that submits to a server, this page will be updated before that goes live rather than after.
